Stop Running From Your Dreams

In the words of the great motivational speaker Eric Thomas, “You’re running from your success” and those words could not be more true. We run from the challenges we face when we do not take the actions required to accomplish our dreams, we are basically rejecting ourselves when we do not seize these opportunities and when we say no to our dreams.

That is the thing, we fear rejection, yet we reject ourselves by not taking action and going for it. Action is the key, I have written about this many times before and it remains true. Taking action is the key to happiness and attaining the things that we desire.

In order to achieve the things that we want to achieve we must face our fears and chase our dreams, that is the only way that it works. if there is something that we want in life and we are not getting it, then likely fear is playing a big factor in that situation and until we face that fear we will not achieve that goal or desire.

We must be stronger than that which defeats us. We must overcome the fear by standing up and saying enough is enough and you will not give up and let fear win. Fear wins when we give up and stop trying for what we want and what our heart desires. If we can get past the fear of failure or the fear of the unknown then the world is ours, but it is getting past that fear that is the hard thing to do, not easy at all.

Tackling fear is the key to happiness. It is the thing we must do in order to get everything that we want out of life and the thing that is the hardest to face when it is plaguing us, it is what stops us from obtaining all of our dreams and ending our pain, but in the end it is facing our fears that gives us the most strength and were the most growth comes from, we just have to take a deep breath and go for it, otherwise we will never know what will be.

When we live in fear and self doubt then we run from our dreams. When we say we can’t do something then we fail before we even try. Stop running from your success Thomas says and it is absolutely true. In life we either are moving towards a goal or away from it, we either are running away from something or towards something and the difference sometimes can be hard to notice and tell apart.

When we live in fear and doubt then we don’t leave open the possibility that things can change and get better. Fear is the opposite of hope, both cannot coexist at the same time and both cannot move us forward. We must either choose to live in fear and run from our dreams or we choose to have hope and faith and live in positivity.

The choice is yours. You can either throw in the towel or you can keep going and stay hopeful that your dreams will come true if you run towards them instead of running away from them. It is easy to be negative when things do not go our way, but as hard as it is we must stay hopeful and keep the faith that it will all work out if we stay confident and run towards our dreams and goals instead of away from them.
